WordSmith's Handling > Tag File By default WordSmith will ignore any tags marked with < and > which it finds in texts.
If you want to be able to see and search for tags as well as ordinary text, you will need to define a tag file. This process is explained at http://www.lexically.net/downloads/version4/html/index.html; see the section on Tags and Markup.
