reading in a plain text

In Viewer and Aligner, choose File | Open, choose the language and select your plain text file.

and you may see this sort of thing in Sentence view,

or in Paragraph view,

viewer_hora_da_estrela_paragraphs

Edit it, as necessary, e.g. splitting or merging paragraphs or sentences.

Save it as a .VWR file:
