Citing WordSmith

The date: WordSmith evolves gradually and is re-issued very often (about once a week). When you check your version and get the very latest one you are updating and thereby altering slightly the program, its Help and the accompanying manual. I also update the online Help often.

Basic Dates

For the basic publication dates check out the list of publications where you will find something like this:

For any of these you might if you wanted add version details such as “version 5.0.0.87” which you would find by accessing Help | About.
